Five lessons on five days in a row, the surest way to stand up and ride the foam to the beach on your own.

One lesson a day, at the tide that suits the spot. Each day builds on the one before: by the end of the week most students stand up on their own and choose their waves in the white water.

Good to know

Equipment provided for the five days. A lesson cancelled for lack of waves or bad weather is moved, never lost.

No waves, a storm or a red flag: the lesson is moved to another day, never lost.
